Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

At GlutaWhiteStore.PK, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong product (different from your order)

Returns will not be accepted for any other reason. Contact Customer Care for return mentioned in contact us page.

Return Request Time

  • You must contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the parcel
  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted

Proof Requirement (Mandatory)

To process any return or claim:

  • A complete unboxing video is required
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Parcel condition before opening
    • Opening process
    • Product inside

❗ Claims without video proof will not be accepted under any condition

Open Parcel Policy

Customers are allowed to open the parcel to inspect the product.

However:

  • The product must remain unused and in original condition
  • If the product is used or tampered with, return/refund will be rejected

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Customer says: “Mujhe nahi chahiye”
  • Customer claims: “Result nahi aya”
  • Product is used, opened excessively, or damaged by customer
  • No video proof is provided

Replacement & Refund Policy

Replacement (Preferred Option)

  • In eligible cases, we provide a replacement product
  • Replacement will be processed after verification

Refund (If Applicable)

  • Refund will only be processed if replacement is not possible
  • Refund processing time: 2–3 working days after receiving returned parcel

Return Shipping Cost

  • Return shipping cost will be covered by us in valid cases
  • Customer will be guided on how to return the parcel

  2. Provide video proof
  3. Wait for verification and approval
  4. Return the parcel as instructed
  5. Replacement or refund will be processed accordingly
