Order Processing & Confirmation

At GlutaWhiteStore.PK, all orders go through a confirmation process before dispatch.

  • Orders placed during daytime are confirmed via call
  • Once the order is confirmed, it is dispatched the same day
  • If confirmation is not completed, the order will be dispatched on the next day after confirmation

Please ensure your phone number is active for smooth and timely delivery.

Dispatch Timing

  • Orders placed between 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same day after confirmation
  • Orders placed after this time may be dispatched on the next working day

Delivery Time in Pakistan

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible:

  • Major cities (Lahore, Multan, etc.): within 24 hours
  • Other cities & areas: estimated 2 to 4 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on orders above Rs. 1200
  • Orders below this amount may have a delivery charge of approximately Rs. 200

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please visit our Contact Us page.

Special Condition for Remote Areas

If your delivery address is in a village or remote area where private courier services are not available:

  • A Rs. 500 advance payment is required
  • Remaining amount will be collected as Cash on Delivery

Failed Delivery & Reattempt Policy

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery:

  • A Rs. 500 advance payment will be required for re-dispatch
  • Remaining amount will be paid via Cash on Delivery
  • Second delivery attempt will be made without additional delivery charges

Parcel Condition & Damage Policy

We ensure all parcels are properly packed before dispatch.

If you receive a damaged parcel:

  • Record a video proof while opening the parcel
  • Contact our support team immediately
  • Return the parcel via Leopards Courier

We will:

  • Send a replacement product
  • Cover the return shipping cost
  • No extra charges will be applied
